PUMPING IRON, BROCCOLI SALAD, SPRING…! 😊💪😎💪🤣💪🥦🥦🎵

Hi Everyone:

How are you?

Spring is around the corner…

After Pumping Iron to “Chocolate” 🎵🎵by Big Boi, I decided to “Back it up” into the kitchen to make a Broccoli Salad.

As a Nutritional & Fitness Coach, it is important for me to stay in shape, including focusing on what I eat on a daily basis.

YES, I can cook….🤣😎❤️

Below is the recipe for Dr. Vicki’s Low Carb Broccoli Salad:

Broccoli Florets & Stems
Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Real Crumbled Bacon
Mayonnaise
Any Seasonings that You Like

Mix all of the ingredients, to taste, and you have a Low Carb delicious meal! While preparing the Broccoli Salad, I continued Doing squats, and 🎵“Backing it Up” to Big Boi’s Chocolate…”Hey, just cashed the check, I’m about to blow it all on Chocolate…” 😎😎😃🤣

By the way, I use All of the Broccoli, as the stems also have a significant amount of nutrients.

Feel free to add other ingredients, such as Craisins, Onions, Celery, Parsley, Cilantro, Nuts, et al; however, pay close attention to the number of Carbs in these ingredients! If vegetarian, adjust the recipe to your dietary requirements!

YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY!

Have a great week!
